What is the shelf life of your cordials?
Our cordials have a shelf life of 3 years unopened. Once opened, they should be refrigerated and consumed within 3–6 months.
Do you offer gift sets?
Yes, we have a variety of gift options, including seasonal sets and customizable gift boxes. Perfect for any occasion!
Can I create my own gift box?
Absolutely! You can mix and match flavors to create a personalized 4-bottle gift box.
Ordering & Shipping
How much is shipping?
We keep our shipping prices as fair as possible and pass on our courier rates directly:
- £3.39 for parcels up to 2kg
- £6.49 for parcels 2–10kg
- £10.80 for parcels 10–20kg
Orders over £60 qualify for free UK delivery.
Why does shipping seem expensive for small orders?
Because we ship glass bottles, we have to use secure packaging to ensure everything arrives safely. That means sending just one small bottle can feel costly compared to the product price. For example, a single 250ml bottle (£4.50) costs £3.39 to ship—almost doubling the price.
How can I get the best value from my shipping?
It’s usually better to fill up your parcel:
- 3 x 250ml bottles still weigh under 2kg and cost just £3.39 to ship (same as sending one!).
- 1 x 750ml bottle (1.6kg) also ships for £3.39.
- For the 2–10kg bracket (£6.49), you can fit up to 6 x 750ml bottles — the same shipping cost as sending just 4 x 250ml bottles, or a mix like 1 x 750ml and 1 x 250ml.
- Large orders (10–20kg) cost £10.80 to ship, but in most cases the order value is already over £60, so shipping becomes free.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over £60 are delivered free of charge anywhere in the UK. Many customers add an extra bottle or two (or a gift set) to tip their basket into free delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3–4 working days.
Can I send gifts directly to friends and family?
Absolutely. Just enter their delivery address at checkout. We can also write a notecard on your behalf to accompany any gift going straight to a loved one. Just leave your message in the additional comments box on the checkout page.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently deliver within the UK only, but international options are something we’re exploring.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
