When you make a purchase on our website, your order will be processed as soon as possible and despatched within 24 hours unless this falls on a weekend or bank holiday.  For example, an order placed at 2pm on a Tuesday will be despatched before 2pm on Wednesday however an order placed at 10am on a Friday is unlikely to be despatched until Monday morning.

All orders up to 5kg in total weight will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.  Sometimes it is cheaper to send two lighter parcels than one heavier one, so some orders may come in two parts.  

All orders over 5kg in total weight will be sent via ParcelForce using their 48 hour service. 

Tracking information will be provided for all orders.
