A concentrated fruit syrup made from fresh rhubarb, fresh orange juice and fresh ginger.

Tasting Notes

Supple, elegant and addictive with distinct warmth of ginger and dryness of rhubarb. Pale peach in colour. Sublime nose of fresh orange zest and grated ginger. Sophisticated yet playful.

Imagery

A dark, wintry evening, icy winds lick at the door. A deep orange glow radiates from the fireplace, the odd ‘crackle’ and ‘pop’ disturbs the deeper, steadier breathing from a dog, dreaming deeply whilst curled up on a rug in front of comfy armchair.
