A concentrated fruit syrup made from fresh strawberries and fresh lime juice.

Tasting Notes

Fiery red orange in colour. Rich, ripe and passionate berry juices with a fragile and fresh citrus finish. Strong heavenly nose of childish strawberry and zest of lime. Satisfyingly sweet.

Imagery

A scorching summer day, brilliantly blue skies. Field poppies and grasses nod in the gentle breeze and the contented hum of bumble bees fills the air.  Kids play happily in the muddy creek whilst a picnic is unpacked onto a chequered rug, warmed instantly by the summer sun.
