Strawberry Morston Mule

A bright, spirited take on a classic mule - where ripe strawberry meets fiery ginger and fresh citrus.

You'll need:

• 25ml Strawberry & Lime Cordial
• 50ml vodka
• 200ml ginger beer
• 10ml fresh lime juice
• Plenty of ice
  
• Lime wedge, to garnish

To serve:

Add the vodka, lime juice and cordial to a shaker with ice.
Shake briefly and strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
Garnish with a wedge of lime and fresh strawberries.

Alcohol-free option:

Simply omit the vodka.
Replace with additional ginger beer for warmth,
or top with soda water for a lighter finish.
