Wolterton Redcurrant Negroni

A bittersweet, deeply coloured serve with vibrant citrus notes.

You’ll need:

• 25ml Redcurrant & Grapefruit Cordial
• 25ml gin
• 25ml Campari
• 25ml sweet vermouth
• Orange peel
• Ice

To serve:

Stir all ingredients over ice until well chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with orange or grapefruit peel.

Alcohol-free option:

Replace spirits with alcohol-free alternatives or top with tonic water for a lighter serve.
