About Norfolk Cordial

Norfolk Cordial began with a simple belief: drinks should taste unmistakably of what they are made from.

From the beginning, our aim was to create cordials that celebrated real fruit and honest ingredients — without shortcuts and without compromise.

Working with British growers, we select fruit and flowers for their quality, character and provenance. Each batch is cold-pressed and crafted slowly, allowing the flavours to unfold naturally. Nothing rushed. Nothing masked.

We do not use colourings, flavourings, concentrates or preservatives.

Just carefully prepared fruit, thoughtfully balanced, and bottled with care.

Our cordials are created for grown-up tastes — layered, elegant and quietly expressive. Beautiful lengthened with chilled sparkling water, served as a refined non-alcoholic alternative at the table, or enjoyed simply over ice.

Every flavour begins with a moment — a season, a scent, a memory of Norfolk’s hedgerows and gardens. We blend ingredients so the experience evolves in the glass. By the third sip, something new should reveal itself.
