Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription on our website, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries on the xth of each month (or quarter) depending on what day of the month the initial purchase was completed.  

Once a subscription has been purchased, you will have the ability to update details such as payment method, shipping address and shipping date from within your customer portal.

If you no longer want to renew a subscription you can cancel it at anytime after the first 3 payments have been processed.  

To cancel your subscription, you will need to:

  • Log in to your customer portal (which you will have set up when you first took out a subscription.)
  • Click Subscriptions and Edit.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Cancel Subscription
  • Confirm the cancellation by clicking Proceed.
